Check into the use before checking

Before the liquid nitrogen container is put into use, its appearance, logo, product certification, and instruction manual shall be checked and checked. The pressure gauge of the container shall be periodically sent to the metrological verification agency for inspection before being used. Safety devices such as safety valves and bursting discs of the containers must be kept in good condition to ensure that no abnormal conditions can be put into use.

Check the shell before filling for defects

Before the Tianchi liquid nitrogen tank is filled, it is necessary to check whether the housing has a depression and whether the vacuum exhaust port is in good condition. If it is damaged, the degree of vacuum will be reduced. In severe cases, the intake air cannot be kept warm, so that the upper part of the tank will be frosted, and the loss of liquid nitrogen will be large, and the value of continuing use will be lost.
