The production and development of mould material has lasted 10 years at Zhengzhou Hi-Tech mould Co.,Ltd. The area used in production of material is about 1200m2. The company has the following eq-uipment; computer-aided design and technics simu-lation center, 0.75 ton and 0.5 ton computer control coreless intermediate frequency induction furnace, large computer control heat treatment equipment, a complete set of sand reclamation device used in wator glass silica sand and pockety cap device. These equipment make a series of operations in a unpolluted environment such as molding, melting, heat treatment, precision refitting. It immediately controls the chemical elements of mold materials by using the emission spectrometer. The advanced ways of inspection and analysis can strictly guarantee the intrinsic quality of mold material such as no-wear inspection, metallography analyzer, mechanics analyzer.
