1,DIN Finishing Rolled and Bright Seamless Steel Pipe with High Accuracy.Synopsis of Process Routing: quality carbon steel--finishing rolling--brightness heat treatment without oxidization (NBK status)--nondestructive testing. Inner wall was honed with special equipment and flushed under the high pressure. The steel pipe was painted with antirust oil and two ends were covered with caps. Main Features: inner and outer walls of pipe have high accuracy, excellent brightness, no oxidization after heat treatment, and high cleanness inside pipe. The steel pipe is able to stand high pressure. No deformation after cold bending, no crack after flaring and pressing. The complicated geometrical forming and machining can be realized. Color of pipe: bright white.Main Application: used in automotive industry, and in the occasion where the high accuracy, brightness, cleanness of the pipe are required.
