Automatic Sprue Picking Robot

HYRobotics has introduced a new automatic sprue and parts picking robot (TOP IV Series) with an improved controller and more standard features. Most of the functions of the new TOP IV have been taken from the TOP III Series Robots, which have now been installed in more than 5,000 plants all over the world. There are some new features that have been added to the TOP IV series including: CE certified, 0.7 second take out cycle, high speed, better repeatability, long-life cycle time, slim style design, robust hand-held controller, euromap 12 interface, IMM interface box attached to the robot body for small foot print, and LED graphic display on handy controller. Standard features of the TOPIII and TOP IV include: long-life festo cylinder, non-contact proximity sensor, low frinction linear roller guide, complete manual for installation, and operation and error trouble shooting via self installation guide.
