Our products are made in one of the biggest plastic mould manufactures in Shenzhen of China, which called Fudakin Plastic & Metal Co. Ltd, this company have 10 years old mold tooling experience. There is a professional team in this company to specialize in tooling design and tooling machine, we are good at making all kinds of Injection molds for plastic series, such as auto plastic parts and components, communications facilities, household appliances, gymnasium things, tools box, childs bath toys, etc, and we have gotten hold of many costumers from different countries of European, North & South American for the long-term orders, also we gain the customers credit reputation.
For this product, mainly concern on the different structure and special tooling skills. This part is an multi-sliders mold. this part generally come from 4 procedures, the structure design when make 2D & 3D, CNC programming, CNC tooling& milling in core and Cavity side, Injecting trials and molds moulds function confirm.
The design as the first step of the whole project, we must consider everything happened in tooling and product function in practice into our design detail, this is a very important step. The design contains 2D sketch (CAD) and 3D separate parts and assembly drawing ( Solidwork,** Pro-e, UG software we used) .
To see every part of the plastic mold clearly in 2D drawing, we marked every dimension and details info for part standard under the obvious markings, also we make BOM in the right-bottom part of every drawing to describe every part designed for specification reference, such as injected gate, cavity & core details,cooling channels drawing ,separate components drawing, ejector pins arranged drawing , screw and support pin or block drawing. under such design, not only let the tooling worker see everything clearly , work easily besides saving more time, but also let the customer know every part with marked material, so that they can estimate the molds life according to their production amount request, transparently and truthfully tell our customer everything, such make us gain the customers trust and praise.
Also we often discuss with our customer about the design for structure ,function and potential defects to reach a democratic and harmony design purpose. If our customer is not good at the design, we will organize our inner other different relative team (Injection Manager, PIE, Toolshop Manager, QC) to discuss the rationalization for every design to reach the best design result with all aspects considered.
Our aim is to let our customer 100% satisfy our product and service. We will promote our suggestion to our customer if there is defect. For example, for different product have different shrinkage although it is the same kind plastic, the products shape, thickness affects the shrinkage of plastic when injection, according to some tests and our experience, we will calculate the shrinkage between the real mold dimension and part dimension record by the product changed. Such kind of suggestion will save customers time and cost.
CNC programming as the second step of molds tooling, we have special and many years experience technician to make this complex and important programming work. This mainly include electrodes , cavity & core rough and final CNC, moldbase machining, we have 4 CNC machines to machine all parts as mass orders down into our factory, our hundreds of staff is separated into 3 shifts to catch up the mass production schedule with day and night. Our powerful team has made up a strong strength to overcome all kinds of works with high efficiency.
For the tooling process for every part of the molds. we accumulate abundant tooling experience and skills . If we met some complex and big mold, we will make the slider elicit from the inside or outside of the core or cavity side by liquid cylinder, some is by Screw Slider, by core and cavity Lifter, by secondary eject. Different eject way (eject pin or block, air valve) lays on the part structure, usually there needs the long slider for some molds, the liquid cylinder is the most reliable, as the mechanical slider wont draw out fully under the wedge moved. If the part have lots of buckle or latches and the buckles are full of all sides of the part, we must consider to locate more sliders for each side under the same wedge, so that the part is ejected smoothly, this tooling way is called dwindle structure as the first picture shows.
