 Our Services

1.Production test :we arrange to test machine before ex-factory

 This is one of our criteria we comply with all the time, and we need the customer offer raw materials for production test, in order to make sure every and each of our machine is qualified before ex-factory, such is responsible for both our customer and ourselves, because granulator is non-standard equipment that without test it is no other way to ensure it is qualified or not. 

 2.Guarantee period:

   Under condition of normal use, one year for dynamo and reduction gears, six months for electrical parts, except wearing parts and those are destroyed by improper use or human factor.

 3. After-sales service:

we dispatch our technician to resolve any problems on the site upon the request of our customer, yet customer needs afford the fee of round-trip ticket, board and logging, installation fee (which is $50 per day) and visa cost for our technician
