Our plant is situated in Chongqing that is one of the most advanced industrial bases and the most important commercial center and port city in China. Our mould plant covers an area of 60,000 square meters. It takes you 40 minutes to drive from the plant to Chongqing airport. We have advanced machinery and tools imported from Japan , Switzerland and America and all the moulds are designed and produced based on RP+RT CAD/CAM/CAE. We also has many excellent and abundant experience engineers who can produce all kinds of rapid prototyping products and moulds. Such as, sand casting mould, investment casting mould, precision plastic mould, stretch mould, wax mould , silica gel mould and aluminium mould based on the prototype of product as well as paper prototype, ABS , Aluminium and wax piece will be produced by rapid prototyping machine LOM and AFS. We can guarantee the tolerance from 0.10 to 0.20. Moreover Our 10 staff members in the Department of Engineering & Design are proficient in using 2D and 3D design software such as Unigraphics, CATIA, PRO/E and Auto CAD for the design of product concept and configuration, for the manufacturing, programming, designing and modeling of moulds.
