Such as, sand casting mould, investment casting mould, precision plastic mould, stretch mould, wax mould , silica gel mould and aluminium mould based on the prototype of product as well as paper prototype, ABS , Aluminium and wax piece will be produced by rapid prototyping machine LOM and AFS. We can guarantee the tolerance from 0.10 to 0.20. Moreover Our 10 staff members in the Department of Engineering & Design are proficient in using 2D and 3D design software such as Unigraphics, CATIA, PRO/E and Auto CAD for the design of product concept and configuration, for the manufacturing, programming, designing and modeling of moulds.
