Characteristics 1During mould unloading, gate can be separated from the mould automatically. 2Gate forms standard part so that replacement is more convenient. 3It is fit for plane type or thin wall type plastics parts. 4It is classified into four specifications including 1.5, 2, 2.25 and 2.5mm according to gate nozzle diameter. 5Installation height can be adjusted by using standard gate blocks. Installation and design 1. According to different hardness of plastics, the distance of 4-7 runner diameters should be kept between gate nozzle and runner eject-rod ejection point so that enough mould unloading space for gate is assured due to its own adhesion (space requires about 2-5 runner diameters). 2. As required, standard blocks of gate are selected: L15, 25, 35 and 45mm. Blocks can be adjusted according to template height.
