 The machine is suitable for making all kinds of disposable plast packages , like Egg Trays, electrical trays , dishes , container packed , food packed , blister , clamshell packages , tray packed , micro-waveoven trays , dishes and other medical packages .

2. Features Characteristics:

d、The double feeding chain with sharp tooth clamping is used for sheet sending , The cooling water route is buried in the chain track to provide high cooling efficiency . The chain track provide high hardness and long life-span .

e、The heater adopts intellectual automatic temperature control system , Each ceramic heater can percentage adjust . It has the advantage of temperature stable , lower power consumption and long life span function . The each heater output shown on the HMI (Touch Screen ) , easy for manual adjust and data record . The advanced solid state relaly is used in this system to provide high heating precision and stable output .

The normal production only required 40% of total heating power .

The heater adopts the automatic push-out structure , easily for adjust and maintain  , the heater temperature will not effect by the factory environmental temperature. It not only can save the power consumpiton , but also save the sheet materials.

Only 10 min for the preheating and can start normal production .

f、The heater is used the far infrared ray sets with buried porcelain/ceramic, providing high heating effect and stable .

g、The moulding area assist with the Japanese Meishi air sprayer and Fan cooling , provide the high speed performance . The mould area has the mould-loading structure , Only 10 mins-15 mins for install or replace the mould ,easy and fast .

h、Heater has steel plate cover structure , it can cover and close whole line of the porcelain heaters when the width of sheet is ≤ 580mm, It can reduce the 15% energy consumption and save up the power consumption .
