Double Color Injection Mould

We have the rich experience in manufacturing double color injection mould. Double injection or over-molding tooling are for mould parts with different materials or different color materials. In the over-molding process, a soft TPE (thermo-plastic elastomer) is molded over a base of a rigid material. Double injection molding combines two plastic materials injected into the mould to form a single part with two visible colors. Double injection process allows for clear windows, colored lettering or graphics or just a decorative and stylish appearance to your part. These processes bring a soft feel to the product as well as improve impact properties and an increased value.
