As early as 1998, we introduced the advanced computer aided design software "product develop-----mould design----CNC machining". Each department enjoys non-gap connection with synchronized updating and all working procedures are accomplished by software. We own 40 computers of various kinds and have more than 30 engineers and technicians. This strong force of engineers ensures the mould's quality. On top of a strong staff force, our company adopts every kind of advanced machinery such as high-speed CNC processing center, electric discharge machine, precision grinding machine, and EDM wire cut. NgarWah was set up and develops with reputation on professionalism in mould design and in manufacturing of various kinds of plastic moulds. We design and produce high quality and high precision plastic injection, die-casting mould, BMC mould, bakelite etc. the products include auto can-opener, coffee maker, muller , food processor & mixer, BBQ handle etc.
