Complex Molds

When the plastic material or the process need a slower temperature descension to the mould or keep a high temperature in the cavity, hot runner would be used. The hot runner system may need a hot sprue, we can provide the hot sprue according to your suggestion, imported or made in China.Blow process may be used for clasp core.Mould base and slide block would be standard. The mould drawing would be sent to you for approval before we proceed the tooling.
