Tank

We are looking for a tool and later for a production for the enclosed tank. The idea is to produce one single mold for the three parts we need: -bottom tank -upper tank -cover -The tank can be produced in blowmolding or in rotational molding process. The estimated amount we need in the first years are 2000 - 5000 peaces/year. -The tanks shall be strong enough to be used as water reservoir as indoor tanks. -We have little rewuirements concerning the UV stability because tha tanks are typically installed in the basements. -The material can be HDPE or other recommended material for such tanks, recycling material of coures is welcome, if the quality is guaranteed. -The estimated weight will be about 40 to 50 kg ? In the first step we need the prices for the blowmould or rotational mould. If you have production facilities we also need the part price for 500 peaces charges. Further we ask you to check, if the geometry is suitable for an easy production. Thank you very much for your support in advance !
