Our Principles are engaged in the manufacturing of switchgear manufacturing facility which includes the extensive manufacturing of custom designed sheet steel parts. In order to maintain the high quality standards set by GE, our Principles wants to establish working relationship with vendors having experience in manufacturing high quality Die / punches to fulfill its requirement in manufacturing of custom designed sheet steel parts. To go one step forward in this direction, we have received a set of drawings (AutoCAD format) for 8 mild sheet steel (MS) parts and request your kind self to review & offer the desired tools with accuracy / Tolerance as per applicable international standards. Your Offer should include the following: 1. price of Tooling (Die, punches, drilling jig, etc.) for each & every part individually. 2. material blank size required for each Part, the drawings attached only shows the finished dimensions desired. 3. confirmation of delivery of not more than 6-8 weeks. 4. payment terms & condition. 5. your Experience with such products 6. quality certification ISO or equivalent. We hope once achieved success with above, we can engage in more business with larger volume. If you are in a position to supply us the Steel Dies, I will send you the drawings for your study, needful going and further action.
