Heng Chang (KunShan) Precision Mould Co., Ltd. mainly deals with the design and production of precise mould and new pattern of electronic components. By now, the company has more than 100 employees, several dozens of which are senior mould designing and manufacturing engineers. Heng Chang always has the advanced equipments. All the design and production adopt the latest CAD/CAM integrated machining system and the software of AutoCAD, Unigraphics, V18, and Masterscan9. The equipments are over 100 sets including Japanese Sodick weom, Eom, all kinds of milling machines, drilling machines, grinding machines and large-size CNC machining center. The QA department has advanced projector and high-level compass to allure the quality of the products. After the operation of the company, it has designed and produced several types of main engine boxes for IBM, FIC, HP, Compaq, Siemens, Japanese Cannon, Sharp, American Amsafe, and Fujitsu. It also produced moulds for Taiwan Guangda Computer Company and NingBo Yong Yang Hi-Tech Company. The company is awarded Jiangsu Lither of High & New Tech Enterprise, Key Enterprise of State Spark Plan KunShan Mould Industry, and Project Base of KunShan Produce Information Mould Project.
