Fabricator of Die Cut Mould/ Die Cutter

I am looking for fabricators of die mould/ die cutters. Less error, and more precise specs. For example (see attached), this is the die cut for our number "0," we have these dimensions: 12" x 8" x 40mm. This is made of metal, and can cut of up to 10mm thick. The materials to be cut are fabrics, vinyls, and insignias. We already have the machine, what I'm looking for is a supplier who can fabricate letters and numbers by our request. What we experienced from our local supplier is that the dimension is not precise and not constant.
