It is a square cap, will be made of PP, a 4 cavities mold is needed, cold runner, no mold inserts, springs for ejectors comeback needed. P20 A and B plates material needed. Product does have small protrusions for fitting purposes but no need to do Slides. Product size is: L x W x H 190*43*11mm Product thickness is: 1.6mm Low cycle time is a must. Cavity and core type only. Reffer to picture attached. We will need: * Cycle time estimation * Mold size and height (for further injected piece cost estimation along with cost of the mold and size of machine to fit the mold quoted) * P20 steel A and B plates material needed * Estimated delivery time. (to your dock: port of origin) * Fob price of mold.
