Medical Hose Clamp

i have the compresion 9 cavity mold for high quality silicone product. I dont want another mold, I want a factory that is experienced with silicone to manufacture x 5000 pieces per month, using my mold. The colour of the final product to be added to the silicone is strotonium aluminate glow pigment mixed at 20% mixing ratio. the weight of my product is 50 grams per cavity. the strotonium aluminate is availible in China for 20 USD/kg. The product is a medical hose clamp that must be manufactured shore strength 40. this must be high quality silicone so that it does not split, product must be flexable with no splitting after mixing this glow pigment.
