Structural Foam or HDPE Molds

Dear Sir/ Madam My name is Bronson Mitchell I'm from a company in Melbourne, Australia. We are looking at purchasing on a continuous basis, 20mm thick structural foam, or nitrogen foamed HDPE half cylinders. These half cylinders are to be manufactured with a male and female dove tail tongue and groove system, each half cylinder is also to have on one end of the half cylinder, some end plates that are able to recess themselves into the plastic to achieve a near flat finish. The idea of this system is to take 2 half cylinder pieces and they should both be able to slide into each other creating a full cylinder with an outside diameter of 650mm and an internal diameter of 610mm. The length of the cylinder should be 1000mm. The details of my requests are all on the attached files.
