Plastic Injection Mould

We are a 25 year old company in India and the 1st to introduce home Sodamakers in this part of Asia. We are in the process of developing new domestic appliances. The external components are made out of ABS and the internal components out of Delrin. Some of the Delrin internal components will have very close tolerance. Please send us the following information. 1. Can you manufacturer such moulds?. On confirmation we can send you the drawings. 2. Do you have experience in the mould making of very close tolerance components out of Delrin? 3. Our components are made of ABS, PC, Delrin, PP etc. Do you have experience with these materials? 4. Normally which material is used for Core Inserts, Plates etc of the Mould? 5. List of your overseas Customers, including India, if any. 7. Please send us a spread sheet showing part photo, Type of Mould, Component weight, Type of gate, Type of Ejection, Insert Material, Mould Base Material, Machine suitable for, No. of Cavities etc. of the different kinds of mould you have made.
