I would like to emphasize the following important points to the form making: In order to save money we would like You to calculate the following options, consisting of two moulds (two parts in one mould): 1.1.Policarbonatas 2 ¨C eng.pdf + stalcius2 - eng.pdf parts should be included into 1 mould (1+1 places); mirror glance surface with roughness A1 = Ra0.016?m; dimension precision, where precision is not specified - from 0,005 to 0,03 mm; when it is specified ¨C see the drawing! 1.2.Slankiklis2 ¨C eng.pdf + tvirtiklis 2-eng.pdf should be included into 1 form (1+1 places); mate surface- less precision required; dimension precision, where precision is not specified - from 0,01 to 0,05 mm When You prepare the offer, please specify what material you will produce the mould from indicating the chemical composition of mould? In order to proceed discussions, we need to be sure that you can achieve it without any problem. Looking forward to receive the quotation for moulds and parts taking into account that from now the 2 parts are in the one mould.
