    We require mold sets/ moulding system for making bullet proof panels using polyehtylene (Spectra/ dyneema etc.). The moulds should include a heating and cooling system for quickly and evenly heating to 200 degree C and then cooling back to room temp. If the same is not included, a provision for the same should be provided. The moulds will be fitted in a suitable Hydraulic Press. The size varies from 10"x12" Flat/ Curved till 24"x2" Flat.
